a. Motion accepting the Iowa Department of Revenue Report, as dated 9/22/2021, and containing 194 pages therein

3. Presentation of Transition Plan

a. Motion approving Transition Plan

4. Motion to approve ongoing consultation by the Iowa Department of Revenue on an as-needed basis

5. Motion to approve “Excellence Through People” values
