Motion authorizing City staff to submit a pre-application to the Iowa Economic Development Authority for the Reinvestment District Program with the understanding that the assumptions, financial projections, and project elements might change after the preapplication receives favorable review and more in-depth negotiations with the developer occur
b. Motion directing staff to begin the required process of establishing an Urban Renewal Area coterminous with the Reinvestment District Boundary
