Resolution approving Asset Management Agreement/Pipeline Services for Power Plant with Interstate Power & Light, Madison, Wisconsin, from October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2023, with two additional one-year renewals in an amount not to exceed $18,000, to manage a) pipeline capacity under contract with Northern Natural Gas Company; b) natural gas supply from Macquarie, and c) scheduling/balancing natural gas and authorizing purchase of additional natural gas, plus delivery, as needed, an amount not to exceed $300,000
